| Thanks to years of hard work by millions of
activists like you, we have a majority in the U.S. House and Senate and
a president-elect who aggressively supports the Employee Free Choice
Act. Our chances of passing this bill are better than ever. But the
business community knows this and has ramped up a massive $200 million
lobbying and ad war against the Employee Free Choice Act.
Our political allies are feeling the heat. But
we're not sitting quietly on the sidelines. We're staying on offense to
make sure the corporate campaign of misinformation doesn't spread.
That's where you come in. Check out these two new
television ads that star you—America's workers. Then help us keep ads
like this on the air.

American Rights at Work produced the ads on behalf
of America's workers and partner organizations, including the AFL-CIO.
Together, we're running this $3 million advertising campaign to educate
the public and our legislators about the Employee Free Choice Act. When
given the facts, 73 percent of Americans support the legislation to
restore workers' freedom to bargain for a better life. So we've got to
get those facts out.
We
need your financial support urgently to keep ads like these on the air
and to fight back against the $200 million anti-worker corporate
campaign.
Together, we can win this fight and create an
economy that works for everyone.
Thanks so much for your support.
In solidarity,
Marc Laitin
